Our consumables range includes Airbus-certified nozzles, spatulas, and cartridges, engineered for precision, efficiency, and sustainability in every application.
Our automation division designs and integrates robotic end effectors, turnkey sealant application cells, and custom automation systems that improve productivity, reduce cycle times, and ensure consistent sealing quality across aircraft manufacturing and MRO operations.

Based in San Fernando de Henares, Madrid, Spain, Aerospace Advanced Sealant Solutions SL counts with 1.500m2 facilities to produce all its products and provide its engineering services.
2014-2017
EU FPT7 VALERI PROJECT. During this FP7 R&D project the first sealant tool was developed.
2018
First contact with AIRBUS for automatic aerodynamic sealant beams for A 320 HTP. second generation sealant tool.
2019
AERNNOVA COMPOSITES. Third generation of the sealant tooland full robotic cell integration. Robotic system oriented towards sealing multiple components (AIRBUS an BOEING) for sealant beams, overlapping and rivet encapsulation.
2022
AIRBUS PR. Starts production process with automatic sealant tool. First A320 HTP sealed with our automatic sealant tool starts to fly.
2023
JURBLAMI SL joins the AASS family 2023 AeroSpace Advanced Sealant Solution foundation.
